Stormy Decaf Early Grey (Loose Leaf)

Organic Decaf Earl Grey Black Tea - a naturally decaffeinated Earl Grey blend.

Ingredients: Organic Decaffeinated Black Tea, natural bergamot oil.

Some days, the storm is out there, and it's in there too, so caffeine is not an option. Or perhaps, caffeine is never an option, whatever the case may be, this naturally decaffeinated tea is for you.

You can get commercial blends but know that the commercial process uses the solvent ethyl acetate which removes tea's polyphenols! We really don't like the idea of this, so, instead, we chose to source tea that only uses naturally occurring CO2. 

So, ba, ba, boom! Bye-bye caffeine, not flavour. Our Decaf Earl Grey is just as fragrant and complex as its caffeinated counterpart. 

How to prepare: 

1. Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil.
2. Add 2 grams of tea to an infuser, or straight into a mug.
3. Pour the heated water into the mug.
4. Brew for 3-5 minutes.
5. Strain tea leaves, or take out the infuser.
6. Sip and enjoy your lovely Rain City Tea Co. brew
