Orders are sent out in the sequence they are received. Most orders are picked, packed and shipped the day after an order is received and are sent either with Canada Post. Some orders, depending on size, will be sent via Purolator or Canpar (within Canada) and Canada Post or Courier for the rest of the World.

 

Local Pick-Up

We are located in North Vancouver. We are more than happy to arrange for you to collect your order. Please note that we require a minimum 48hr processing time. As we do not have a retail shop we are open only on weekdays during business hours, and we are not open to the public.

You will need an appointment time to pick up your order. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
